簡單來說一種防禦機制~

POE透視鏡解釋:
格檔
當格檔成功時玩家可不受到傷害
格檔率可透過裝備、天賦等多種管道累加
天賦可強化格檔率，但不同種類的格檔需要透過不同天賦來加成
例如：雙持格檔天賦不能提升盾牌格檔率
在未註明的狀況下，裝備上所顯示的格檔率為攻擊格檔率，法術格擋率會另外註明
在玩家每次格檔時有一定的動畫僵直時間，這個時間可透過格檔(暈眩)回復詞綴來減少
格檔回復計算（毫秒）：

格檔時間 = 350 / ( 1 + 格檔回復% )

POE中文資料庫解釋:
格擋(Blocking)

盾牌 24-32% 格擋, 長杖 12-18% 格擋, 雙持不管武器都是 15% 格擋.

拉茲瓦的靈石(遊戲裝備)的效果50% 格擋率套用到法術格擋, 必須以人物當下的格擋率計算, 假如人物當時有70%的格擋率, 那該物品可以讓人物獲得70%*50%=35% 法術格擋率.

物理格擋上限 75%, 法術格擋上限 75%

格擋計算同躲避, 有可能連續格擋.

Blocking
"Block" redirects here. For the passive skill, see Block (passive skill).
Blocking is a means of preventing damage from enemy attacks by fending with a shield, staff or dual wielded weapons after Evasion and Dodge has failed. The base chance to block when using a shield (22 to 33%) or a staff (12 to 18%) is determined by the base item type. When dual wielding, the base chance to block is 15% no matter which weapons are used. Usually only attacks can be blocked, but there are passives and unique items that apply a percentage of block chance to spells. The chance to block attacks and spells are both capped at 75%.

中文要靠大大自行解釋了..但其實跟上述差不多
